Shipping Policy

 

FRESHEST BATCHES ONLY

As our ink is fruit-based and can lose potency over time, we want to ensure we only stock and deliver the freshest ink supply. On average, we make our ink monthly and ship twice a week — so if our ink runs out, do be patient and wait for updates about our next batch!

Upon receiving your ink, please store it immediately in the freezer. For more information about ink storage, visit our Product FAQ page. 


SHIPPING SCHEDULE (SINGAPORE & GLOBAL)

Cut-off points are Sundays at 7PM. From our cut-off points, your order will be scheduled to arrive in the next 3-4 working days. Please reach out to us if you have any other queries regarding our shipping schedule!
 

SHIPPING PRICE (Singapore Only):

Singapore Standard: S$4.50  — Courier Delivery: 2-3 business days

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:

Postage charges will apply for overseas shipping depending on your region.

APAC (+Aus & NZ) International Standard: S$20.00 – Courier Delivery: 5-7 business days

Global (North America, South America & Europe): S$35.00 – Courier Delivery: 7-10 business days

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

We test every batch of ink and check our products before shipping to ensure they arrive to you fresh and ready for inking. Should there be any occurrence of stale ink or manufacturing defects in our bottles/tips, please reach out to us at @flo.jagua on Instagram or hello@flojagua.com.
